Antonia James

Originally from Stuart, Florida, Antonia spent most of her life growing up in Laconia, New Hampshire, giving her deep roots in the Lakes Region. After moving away for college, she ultimately found her way back home to the Lake Winnipesaukee area—a community she has always felt closely connected to.

Antonia earned her degree in Business Administration from Indian River State College and now serves as General Manager of Lake Life Rentals, a Lakes Region vacation rental and property management company. With extensive local knowledge and a strong background in customer service and hospitality, Antonia works closely with homeowners and guests to provide a personalized, knowledgeable, and seamless rental experience.

Having grown up in Laconia, Antonia brings firsthand knowledge of Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding Lakes Region communities. Her understanding of the area, combined with her passion for hospitality and building meaningful relationships, allows her to help property owners feel confident in the care of their homes while helping guests make the most of their time in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.

Outside of Lake Life Rentals, Antonia lives in Laconia with her partner, Tanner, their son, Owen, and their dog, Poh. She enjoys spending time with family and close friends, taking long walks with her little family, skiing, paddleboarding, and fishing. Above all, her greatest joy is spending time with her son and watching him grow.
