Often we are asked what is the entry level to live on the lake. Well, a price point to have "direct" Lake Winnipesaukee access was offered at $489,900 last month and went pending with just 8 days on the market at 24 Loon Cove Rd in Alton. The cottage features water frontage on Watson Brook, which leads directly into Lake Winnipesaukee, AS WELL AS a 24-foot dock across the street on the lake itself.
