August 2020 Lakes Region Statistical Report
Last month, Alton saw 14 new listings hit the market and an additional 15 close. Four home went under agreement ending the month with a days on market average of 27 days.
One of the properties to close last month was our listing at 115 Mount Major Hwy which sold in just SIX DAYS!
Only one property sold in Center Harbor last month ending the month with a low 5 days on market average! Six new listings came on the market and one went under agreement.
13 listings closed in Gilford last month and 16 new properties came on the market. An additional 16 went under agreement, one of which we are happy to be representing the buyer's on and is expected to close the first week in September. Both Gilford and Laconia ended the month having the most listings under agreement.
Laconia had the most listings close and go under agreement in July. 38 properties sold 2 of which we represented the buyer's on and an additional listing we represented the sellers. 266 Endicott St N Unit 31 was a FSBO and 25 Crane Circle, Brendan Connolly brought the buyers to both. Our listing 103 Hickory Stick Lane closed in just 6 days for FULL ASKING PRICE!
Along with Laconia and Moultonborough, Meredith had one of the highest amount of listings close last month ending with 19 sold listings. 18 new properties came on the market while 11 went under agreement ending the month with a days on market average of 83 days.

Moultonborough had one of the highest number of listings both close and come on the market last month. 22 listings sold FIVE of which we were able to assist the buyers and sellers on!
112 Deerhaven sold for $2,000,000 BEFORE it hit the market and Brie was happy to be able to represent both the buyers and sellers!
11 First Point sold for over asking price at $1,710,500 in just FIVE DAYS!
89 Lee Rd closed BEFORE it hit the market for $400,000 and Stephanie represented both the buyers and sellers!
116 Redding Lane closed for over asking price at $275,000 in just THREE days!
60 Hayes Lane closed for $400,000 at full ask in just FIVE days!
Last month, Tuftonboro saw 17 listings close ending the July with a days on market average of 71 days. 12 new listings came on the market in both July of 2019 and 2020 but this year the YTD new listing count was slightly lower. Nine listings went under agreement.
Our Current Tuftonboro Inventory:
Wolfeboro, along with Laconia and Gilford, had one of the highest amount of listings go under agreement last month totaling 12. Wolfeboro also had one of the lower days on market averages with 38 days. 17 new properties came on the market, one of which was our listing at Lot 13 Jennifer Circle listed at $45,000! 11 Wolfeboro homes sold in July one of which we were able to represent the buyers on- 4 Mulberry Ct a new construction property the buyers were able to choose finishes.
