August 2021 Lakes Region Statistical Report


In July, a total of 10 properties sold in Alton ending the month with a 97.82% list to sale price ration an average days on market of a little under 2 weeks at 12 days.

The sold volume when comparing July in 2020 and 2021, there was an increase of $1,301,000 and the year to date numbers increased $15M+!

Center Harbor

Center Harbor usually sees little happen each month however, 4 properties sold in July which is big for this little town! This brought the average days on market to just 7 days and the list to sale price ration to 92.14%.


Just one property behind Laconia, Gilford saw one of the most amount of sold listings last month with a total of 15. Gilford also had the highest list to sale price ratio ending the month with 105.2%!

Laconia had the most listings sold last month with a total of 16 properties and also the most new listings to come on the market with a total of 38! The second highest amount of listings was in Meredith where there were 20, Laconia had significantly more!

One of the properties to close last month was our listing at 937 Weirs Blvd #11 & #12 which sold for $172,500.

Meredith was one of the towns to have the most new listings come on the market last month with a total of 20. Meredith was 1 of 4 other towns to all have list to sale price ratios over 100%!

One of the properties to close last month was our listing at 18 Gould Ave Unit 2 which closed for full asking price!

Moultonborough saw 11 properties close last month, FIVE of which were represented by our team including the following:

120 Governor Wentworth Hwy- closed for $285,000

159 Krainewood Dr- closed for $1.5M!

12 North Winds Dr- we represented both the buyers and sellers, closed for $1.2M!

136 Evans Rd: Closed for $122,500 over asking price!

Tuftonboro was one of the few towns to have a list to sale price ratio of over 100% ending the month with 104.62%! With just THREE days, Tuftonboro had the lowest days on market averages.

One of the properties to close last month was for our buyers at 75 Dame Rd which closed for $285,000.


10 properties closed in Wolfeboro last month bringing the year to date total to 51, just 1 more than last year at this time. 19 new listings came on the market with a median sales price of $440,000.
