Alton

Alton had no sold listings in January of this year. However, there were 6 new listings on the market

Center Harbor

Center Harbor had no sold listings or new listings in January of 2023. 

Gilford

Gilford had a the highest list to sale ratio and the second highest median sales price in this report. The list to sale ratio increased by 0.38% compared to January of last year. There was a decrease in Gilford inventory last month compared to the year prior. 


Laconia

Laconia had the third highest list to sale ratio in this report. There were 5 fewer new listings in January of this year compared to 2022. Laconia had 9 sold listings which was the most in January of 2023 among the Lakes Region towns. The median sales price was within $7,000 of January 2022. 

Meredith

Meredith had the second highest median sales price and volume sold in this report. The average days on market went down by 26 days compared to last year in January. There were 6 sold listings in both January of 2022 & 2023. The median sales price in Meredith decreased by $400,500 from January 2022. 

Moultonborough

Moultonborough was among the top 3 towns in 4 out of 6 categories in this report.

Tuftonboro

Tuftonboro had the highest volume sold among the Lakes Region towns in January of this year. The volume sold increased by over $10 million compared to January of 2022. There were 5 sold properties in Tuftonboro last month with 3 new listings on the market as well. 

Wolfeboro

Wolfeboro's days on market was 15 last month which was the lowest DOM in this report and a decrease by 24 days compared to January of last year. With a list to sale ratio of 99.93%, Wolfeboro had the second highest in this report. Both the median sales price and volume sold decreased in January of 2023 compared to January of 2022.
