We had the opportunity to talk to Kathryn Field from Field Fine Art! Located in Sandwich, NH close to Squam Lake is a small 1,000 square foot studio that packs a lot of life with the sun-filled windows, flowers, and beautiful scenery of Squam and the mountains! Grab your paint brushes or pencils because Kathryn offers a variety of classes and lessons that can get anyone into a creative state.

Kathryn has had clients from age 9 to 98, so creating a passion for art is for everyone! You can take daylong or weekly classes, or even take a private lesson that are available for one-on-one time. All classes are with smaller groups, and can be in every variety of art including watercolor, landscapes, handmade and upscaling books, drawing, printmaking and more!

Her artwork is featured in the Museum of the White Mountains at Plymouth State University at the Walking In The Whites: A Poet/Painter Dialogue November 5th 5-6:30pm. This is a free event featuring her artwork and poet Timothy Muskat. This "interactive and dynamic experience will engage visitors in a sense of place through the woods and images focused on the experience of the White Mountains." Be sure to check it out!
