Alton

Alton ended 2020 with 140 total listings that came on the market, 15 less than the year prior and an average days on market of 45 which was significantly less than 2019. The list to sale price ratio for 2020 versus 2019 also saw an increase of 2.82%. 

Last month, Alton had one of the lowest days on market averages with just 15 days ending December with a list to sale price ratio of 96.68%. 8 properties closed and 4 new hit the market.


Center Harbor

Center Harbor ended 2020 with a total of 28 total new listings and a days on market average of 44 days, 35 days less than 2019! The list to sale price ratio increased 26.57% from 2019 to 2020!

Last month, Center Harbor has the lowest days on market averages of all the towns that touch Lake Winnipesaukee ending December with just 14 days! 

Gilford

Gilford ended 2020 with a total of 185 new listings and 164 closed listings! The average days on market for the year was 59 days, 11 days less than 2019. 

Last month alone, Gilford was in the top 3 for most closed listings and two 2 for most new listings to come on the market in December.

Laconia

In 2020, Laconia saw a total of 275 sold listings and 303 new listings come on the market! The average days on market for the year was 54 days, just 4 days less than 2019.

For the month of December, Laconia had the most closings with 30 total ending the month with a days on market average of 38 days. Laconia also had the most new listings with a total of 18, 7 more than the 2nd place winner.

Meredith

Last year, Meredith had a total of 181 new listings come on the market and 159 closed listings. The average days on market for the year with 7 days less than it was in 2019 with a total of 56 days.

Last month, 11 listings closed in Meredith with a days on market average of 21 days. 4 new listings came on the market. One of the 4 was our listing at 108 NH Route 25 which went under agreement in just 4 days, sold for $10K over ask and we had the luxury of representing both the buyers and sellers. 

Moultonborough

In 2020, Moultonborough had a total of 151 properties close and 178 new listings come on the market. The days on market average was 54 days compared to 87 days in 2019.

December saw 11 listings close in Moultonborough and 10 new come on the market. Of the 11 that closed, 2 were our clients: 120 Red Hill Rd and our listing at 140 Long Point Rd that went under agreement in just 6 days and sold for full asking price!

Tuftonboro

Last year, Tuftonboro had a total of 87 listings close and 97 new listings come on the market ending 2020 with a 96 days on market average which was 27 days more than 2019.

For the month of December, Tuftonboro had 11 listings close ad 3 new properties come on the market. Of the properties that closed, we represented both the buyers and sellers of Lot 39 Mountain Shadows Dr and we also represented the buyers of Lot 12 Farm Pond Rd!

Wolfeboro

In 2020 Wolfeboro had a total of 138 closed listings and 150 new listings come on the market! The average days on market for the year was 62 days just 9 days less than 2019. 

In December, Wolfeboro had one of the most properties to close coming in behind Laconia.
