Alton

A total of 8 listings closed in Alton during the month of May while 18 new came on the market. One of the properties to close was 431 East Side Dr that we had the luxury of representing the buyer during their purchase and closed for $950,000.

Alongside Gilford, Alton had a list to sale price ratio over 104% ending the month was 104.82%- the highest of all the towns in this report.


Center Harbor

Considering the last few months nothing has sold in Center Harbor, 2 is a lot! One of which was our listing at 73 College Rd that closed for $699,000 and was under agreement in just 9 days selling for $4k over the asking price.

Things are still moving quickly, the average days on market in Center Harbor was just 4 days!

Gilford

Gilford saw the most listings sell out of out of all the towns surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee with a total of 16 sold. In addition, a total of 16 new listings came on the market. 

At the end of the month, the days on market average was just 11 days and the list to sale price ratio was 104.18%.


Laconia

In May, 13 properties sold in Laconia including our listing at 27 Fern Lane that closed for $610,000- $11k over the asking price. We also represented the buyer on their purchase of 36 Manchester Street that closed for $339,000.

Laconia did see the most new listings come on the market in May with a total of 29 new listings.

Meredith

In Meredith, just 4 properties sold in May. When comparing May of 2021 to 2022, there was significantly less properties sold- 10 to be exact. Although, on the flip side you'll see that the number of new listings from May 2021 to 2022 increased from 14 to 18.

A total of 18 new listings came on the market, the same as Alton and Moultonborough.


Moultonborough

10 listings sold in Moultonborough in May while 18 new came on the market. One of the properties to close was a property on Ossipee Mountain Rd that sold for $80,000 we had the luxury of representing the buyers on. 

The average days on market was just 16 days while the list to sale price ratio was over 100% ending the month with 102.29%.

Tuftonboro

Just 3 behind Laconia, 27 new listings came on the market in May in Wolfeboro while just 8 sold. Of those 8 to close, our buyer purchased 28 Piper Lane that sold for $459,900!

The average days on market was one of the lowest with just 6 days while the list to sale price ratio was the only town in this report to be less than 100% ending the month with 96.95%.
