Sourdough Bread Feb 10th

Saturday February 10th | 10am-12pm | Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center

Learn to bake your own from scratch using a sourdough starter! We’ll discuss how to start and keep a sourdough culture alive and use it to make breads and many other baked goodies, including a loaf of bread to finish at home and a biscuits that uses the sourdough discard to enjoy at the end of the class. Participants will also go home with some sourdough starter to continue your sourdough baking journey.

Registration closes the day before this class begins. Please call for availability for same day registration.

Recommended Ages: Adults
Physical Demand [1] = Activity is indoors or outside with up to 1/10 of a mile walking; includes both sitting and standing
