Alton

There were seven listings that sold last month bringing the total for the year to 13. Four new listings came on the market while five went under contract, the most to go under contract in the Lakes Region last month. With that being said, Alton had the highest average days on market with 230 days. 

Center Harbor

Center Harbor only had two sold listings last month with zero new properties and zero to go under contract. It does have one of the lower average days on market with 87 days.

Gilford

Gilford had the most properties sell last month with 12 sold listings bringing the overall year to date total to 18. Ten new properties came on the market last month, and five went under contract both numbers just falling short of Laconia. The average days on market was on the lower end with 56 days. 

We have a stunning property listed in Gilford 183 ft of sandy shoreline, a boat house with docking on all 3 sides, and a WATERSIDE ELEVATOR!

 

Laconia

It was a good month for Laconia! Eight listings sold last month and 24 new listings came on the market! Eleven properties went under contract, the highest last month in the Lakes Region. Laconia also had the lowest average days on market with just 11 days.

Meredith

Six listings sold in Meredith last month, bringing the total to date to 16. Seven new properties came on the market, while 3 went under contract. Meredith had the second lowest days on market with 49 days.

Moultonborough

Moultonborough had the second highest amount of listings sell last month with 11 sold listings. Two properties went under contract and four new properties came on the market last month, 3 of which were ours!

Tuftonboro

Only one property sold last month in Tuftonboro, bringing the yearly total to just two properties. Three new properties came on the market while two properties went under contract. The average days on market was 99 days, much lower than in the year prior. 

Wolfeboro

There were seven sold listings in Wolfeboro last month, and nine new properties came on the market the same exact amount as this time last year. Tying with Alton and Gilford, Wolfeboro had five properties go under contract.  The average days on market was on the higher end compared to the majority of the Lakes Region with 106 days.
