Alton was in the top 3 towns in 3 out of 6 categories in this report for the second month in a row. 

#1 List to Sale Ratio - 102.10%

#1 Days on Market - 9

#3 Median Sales Price - $484,100 

Center Harbor

There was no real estate activity in Center Harbor last month. 


Gilford had the second best days on market in this report at 29 days. This is significantly less than most of the towns in this report but 23 days more than last April. There were fewer sold and new listings in April of 2023 compared to April of 2022. The median sales price in 2023 decreased by $194K in the month of April from the previous year. 


 Laconia was in the top 3 towns in all 6 categories for April of 2023, continuing to be in the top 3 for the last 4 consecutive months.

#2 Average Sales Price - $494K

Meredith had the second highest list to sale ratio in this report at 99.77%. There were half as many new listings in Meredith in April of this year compared to last. The sold listings last month were a close quantity to last years statistics with just two fewer. The volume sold in April of 2023 was $6M less than the volume sold in Meredith in April of 2022


Moultonborough was in the top 3 towns in 3 out of 6 categories in this report.

#1 Volume Sold - $12,889,500

#2 New Listings - 14 


Tuftonboro had the third highest quantity of new listings last month for this report. Although there were 9 new listings there were no sold listings last month. 


Wolfeboro had the third highest sold volume among the Lakes Region towns in April of 2023 with a total of over $10M in volume sold which is almost double the volume sold in Wolfeboro in April of 2022. There were 7 sold listings in Wolfeboro last month which was the second highest in this report. The median sales price decreased by $145K from April of last year.
