In April, Alton had 6 properties close. Only one less than the previous year making their year to date sold listings 30. Thirteen new properties came on the market last month while 7 went under agreement.
No properties sold last month in Center Harbor but two went under agreement and four new listings hit the market.
Gilford had a great month in April! 30 new properties hit the market, 9 went under agreement and 8 sold. Gilford had the second highest numbers in all three of those categories.

It was a big month for Laconia as well! 23 properties sold in Laconia last month, 38 NEW properties hit the market and 20 went under agreement. WOW! One of the properties to go under agreement is a property we represent the buyers for. They are so excited to be purchasing their first home! 🏡
Meredith tied with Gilford for the second most properties to close in April. 16 new properties hit the market last month in Meredith while 6 went under agreement.

5 properties closed in April in Moultonborough. 22 new properties hit the market and 7 went under contract.
