November 2021 Lakes Region Statistical Report
A total of 13 properties closed in Alton in October leaving the average days on market 37 days and the list to sale price ratio 98.38%. When comparing October 2020 to 2021, both the list to sale price ratio and days on market average saw improvements.

70 East Side Dr: Luxury Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront
Just 3 properties in Center Harbor closed last month while only 1 new listing came on the market. One of the 3 to closed was our listing at 24 Dew Point Lane was under contract in just four days and closed for $3,480,000! This brought the days on market average down to just 9 days, the lowest in this report and the list to sale price ratio to 99.33%- the highest!
Gilford had a great month in the real estate market world! A total of 14 listings sold and 18 new hit MLS. One of the properties to close we were fortunate enough to represent the buyers on at 118 Weirs Rd Unit 210 that closed for $215,000.
The year to date days on market averages when comparing 2020 to 2021 is significantly lower this year than last- 47 days less to be exact!
Like Gilford, Laconia also saw 14 listings close last month and 18 new listings come on the market. One of the 14 was our buyers' purchase of 19 Bell St that closed for $211,100.
Our Current Laconia Inventory:
Meredith was the only town surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee that saw a list to sale price ratio over 100% in October. Meredith ended the month with 100.55% along with 14 sold listings and 15 new.

Moultonborough saw the most listings close last month with a total of 18- one of which was our listing at 40 Melly Lane that closed for $445,000. The average days on market was one of the lowest was a 20 day average and the list to sale price ratio was 97.94%. Both the days on market average and the list to sale price ratio are better in October of this year than last.

Lat month, a total of 7 properties closed in Tuftonboro while 9 came on the market. Both of those stats being less than October 2020, 5 less sold and 5 less new.

A total of 14 new listings came on the market in October and 15 sold, one of the highest in this report! One of those was our listing at Lot 8 Ambrose Way where we have the luxury of representing both the sellers and buyers of that transaction. It closed for $226,000.
