November Lakes Region Stats Report
In October, Alton had 16 listings close bringing the average days on market to 29 days. Eight properties went under agreement in October bringing the year to date total to 14. That is more than half! Seven new listings hit the market compared to 8 in October of the previous year. One of the properties to close was our listing at 20 Lockes Corner Rd which sold for $15,000 over asking price and in just 16 days!
Center Harbor only had two properties close in October, the same amount to close in October of 2018. Four new listings hit the market last month, and two went under agreement. The days on market average for the month was just 28 days, bringing their year to date days on market average to 42 days.
Gilford had the second highest amount of properties close in October with 18 listings. It was also a top competitor in the new listings and under contract categories as well. Thirteen new properties hit the market last month while sixteen went under agreement. The average days on market at a total of 84 days.
Laconia had the most listings close in October with a total of 20 sold properties. Laconia also had the most new listings come on the market and go under agreement for town surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee. 22 properties closed and 21 went under contract. Our team currently has three properties listed in Laconia.

Meredith was a top contender in both the sold listings and new listings categories. Seventeen properties closed last month in Meredith while 14 new properties hit the market. 13 listings went under agreement with an average days on market of 81 days.

Moultonborough was in the top three towns surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee with the most listings to go under agreement in October with 14 properties. 12 new listings hit the market last month, and 13 closed. We had FOUR properties close last month in Moultonborough with a total volume of $6,569,000!

In October, nine properties closed in Tuftonboro while 8 new listings hit the market. Only 4 went under agreement last month with an average days on market of 55 days.

Fourteen properties closed in Wolfeboro in October bringing the year to date total to 114. Twelve new listings hit the market and 10 went under agreement. The days on market average of 91 in October brought their year to day average to 66 days.
