October Lakes Region Statistical Report
In September, Alton saw both 13 new and sold listings. Alton had the most properties go under agreement in September with 14 listings. One of the properties to close in Alton last month was a 43 Reed Rd in which we represented the buyers and closed for $415,108.
It was an interesting month for Center Harbor in September. Zero new listings hit the market and zero sold last month. However, two properties did go under agreement.
Gilford saw a very similar September in 2019 as it did in 2018. Thirteen properties sold in both 2018 and 2019 in September and just one more property hit the market this year compared to last with 14 new listings. Six properties went under agreement with a days on market average of 46 days.
In September, Laconia had the most properties close with 19 homes. Wolfeboro, Moultonborough and Meredith were close behind. Laconia also had the most new listings hit the market with 36 homes and 10 went under agreement. One of the new properties is our listing on Marcia Ann Way. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom property is gorgeous both on the inside and out. Check it out!
In September, Meredith had 17 new properties hit the market and 17 that sold. We are to have been able to assist with 2 of the closings: 43 Pleasant St & 8 Mountain Ridge Rd.

Moultonborough also had a very similar September month in both 2019 and 2018. Sixteen properties sold in both 2018 and 2019 bringing the YTD totals just two properties shy from each year. Seventeen new properties hit the market in 2019, just one more than the previous year. Four properties went under agreement with an average days on market of 68 days. Our listing at 24 Alderberry Ln sold for $430,000 in just SEVEN DAYS!

Tuftonboro saw nine new properties hit the market in September and six properties sold. Two properties went under agreement bringing the days on market average from 62 days in 2018 to 48 days in 2019.

Wolfeboro had the second most sold properties and new listings in September. Eight properties went under agreement with an average list to sell ratio of 94.51%. One of the listings to go under agreement in September was our listing at 16 Lakeview Dr which sold for $210,000 and closed October 18th.
