The market remains to have low inventory with a plethora of buyers flooding the area. Many will be remote working now for the indefinitely and where better to work than where you play! 

Some of the properties that sold for WAY over ask were: 

128 Paugus Park Rd Laconia ASKING: $1,699,000 CLOSED: $1,875,000

90 Scenic Drive Gilford ASKING: $1,695,000 CLOSED: $1,837,000

6 Legal Lane Alton ASKING: $899,000 CLOSED: $935,000

9 Fish Cove Rd Meredith ASKING: $875,000 CLOSED: $925,000

119 Krainewood Drive Moultonborough ASKING: $700,000 CLOSED: $710,000

We are so excited for our buyers for the purchase of 27 Umbrella Point Road, this home was listed at $3,395,000 and sold for $3,100,000 with multiple offers.  Many will scratch their heads at the fact that it sold that much below ask with multiple offers. The buyers still control the price they are willing to pay in the end, sellers market or not. This home came fully furnished including the boat and jet-ski! 

Many of the homes that have been sitting on the market continue to get scooped up as the inventory stays low so the Days on market still is showing 87 Days. What is happened is a direct relationship between days on market and the list to sales price. The longer a property is on, the odds are greater there is a bigger difference between the list to selling price.
