In the month of August, Alton had 17 listing close, this is 4 less properties than August 2018.  While 21 new properties hit the market, 8 went under agreement bringing their year to date sold listings to 73 properties. Alton say a 32.88% decrease in their average days on market for the month of  August compared to August of the previous year, that's a big jump which is a good thing!

Center Harbor

Center Harbor being a smaller town, only had 4 listings close last month. Although that is 4 more than they had in August of 2018 so that's good! Three new properties hit the market while one went under agreement. Center Harbor had the lowest days on market with an average of just 6 days! One of the four properties to close in Center Harbor was our listing at 13 Tufts Ln which sold for $10,000 over asking price in just NINE days!


Gilford had 23 new properties hit the market in August and 11 go under agreement. They saw a 12.50% increase in sold listings compared to August 2018, with 18 sold listings last month. Gilford had the send highest amount of properties to sell, three highest amount of new properties and third height amount of listings go under agreement.

Three less properties sold in August this year compared to last year with 25 sold listings, the highest amount compared to other towns surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee. Laconia also had the highest about of new listings hit the market  and the highest amount of listings go under agreement. Laconia had a great month! We had to luxury to help one of our buyer's purchase a home in Laconia last month, his first home!


Meredith saw 13 properties close in August, 5 less than August 2018. Nineteen new listings hit the market, four more than the year prior. Meredith had the highest days on market average with 138 days but one of the higher amount of listings go under agreement last month.

The Lake Life Realty team had a great August in Moultonborough. We had one new listing come on the market, and closed on 3 of the 12 properties as well! Sixteen new listings hit the market, and 12 closed with an average of 38 days one market. Moultonborough had one of the lower days on market averages.

Tuftonboro only say five listings close last month, just one less than the previous year in August. 4 of the 5 properties to go under agreement did so last month! 13 new listings hit the market in Tuftonboro more than double what did in the year prior.

Wolfeboro saw 11 listings close last month, one of which was our buyer's new property on New Garden Rd! 21 new listings hit the market, which was one of the highest for the towns surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee. 8 listings went under agreement, and Wolfeboro ended the month with a 75 average list to sale ratio!
