Erin Friedman

Erin is originally from Norwood, Massachusetts. Erin has deep ties to New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and Lake Winnipesaukee. Growing up, she spent summers and winters vacationing in the area with her family, with many of her favorite memories centered around her grandparents’ summer home on Treasure Island on Lake Winnipesaukee. Those years sparked a lifelong love for the lake, and after her family moved to Gilford, the Lakes Region truly became home.

Erin earned her degree in Geography, Travel & Tourism from Plymouth State University before beginning her career in corporate travel and biotech sales in Boston. After four years in the city, she was ready to return to the Lakes Region to be closer to family and enjoy the natural beauty and lifestyle she had always loved.

Today, Erin serves as Operations Coordinator for Lake Life Realty, supporting the day-to-day operations, organization, and continued growth of the team. With experience in both real estate and operations, she works behind the scenes to help keep the team running smoothly while supporting the high level of service Lake Life Realty provides to buyers and sellers throughout Lake Winnipesaukee and New Hampshire’s Lakes Region.

Erin’s connection to the area extends well beyond her role at Lake Life Realty. She is an active member of the Gilford community and serves on the Board of Gilford Got Lunch, a local organization dedicated to supporting children and families in the community.

Erin lives in Gilford with her husband, Mike, their son, and their dog, Barkley. Outside of work, she enjoys many of the activities that make living in the Lakes Region so special, including boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, skiing, hiking, and attending live music events, with seeing Bruce Springsteen live ranking as a personal favorite.

Her knowledge of Gilford, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the surrounding Lakes Region communities, along with her commitment to her team and local community, makes her an important part of the experience Lake Life Realty provides.
