Lauren grew up in Manchester & Auburn, NH and graduated from NHTI as a dental hygienist. Soon after graduation, Lauren met her husband Lance, co-owner of Akwa Marina Yacht Club on Meredith Bay. Their first date was at Town Docks, fast forward 3 years later and they made Lake Winnipesaukee their permanent residence in 2014 when they moved to Laconia.
Over the years Lauren’s love for real estate grew as she and her husband acquired rental properties along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. She loves giving vacationers a home base and the opportunity to enjoy the area as much as she does.
After working in the dental field for 8 years, Lauren stepped away from that career when she and her husband had their daughter Margo. By the time their second baby, Maddox, was born, Lauren decided it was time to expand her passion and knowledge for real estate. She got her real estate license and soon after she joined the LLR team.
Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, being active and engaging in all seasons of the lakes region - boating is her favorite hobby, along with hiking Castle in the Clouds trails, ice fishing, skiing at Gunstock, exploring all the local restaurants and all the regularly offered fun activities in the area - a favorite is going to the Squam Lakes Science Center nature trail with her kids.
