Rachel Lyford
Rachel Lyford is an Executive Assistant at Lake Life Realty, where she helps with the day-to-day operations and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. From marketing and social media to events, organization, client care, and special projects, Rachel enjoys being the person who can jump in wherever she is needed and help bring all the little details together.
Rachel earned her degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and has a background in hospitality, guest services, and events. Before joining Lake Life Realty, she spent several years working in the hospitality industry in the Lakes Region, where she developed a love for creating great experiences, building relationships, and making people feel taken care of. She now brings that same mindset to Lake Life Realty, combining her love for organization and marketing with a role where every day looks a little different.
Having spent more than two decades in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, Rachel is lucky to call this area home. Growing up around the lakes has given her a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle and close-knit communities that make this part of New Hampshire so special. Being able to work with a team that shares that same love for the Lakes Region and Lake Winnipesaukee makes her role at Lake Life Realty especially meaningful.
Rachel loves the behind-the-scenes side of the business and is happiest when she is organizing, planning, creating, or figuring out how to make something work just a little bit better. Whether she is helping plan an event, working on a new marketing idea, tackling a special project, or simply making sure the day stays on track, she loves being part of a team where there is always something new happening.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending as much time as possible with her friends and family. In the summer, you can usually find her out on the lake, boating, or soaking up the warm weather, while winter means snowmobiling and enjoying everything a New Hampshire winter has to offer. For Rachel, the Lakes Region isn't just where she works—it's home, and she loves being part of the community that makes it such a special place.
