To support social distancing, our team is conducting regular Buyer and Seller consultations virtually using video conferencing. We make sure no lack of communication falls through the cracks!

Virtual Showings
Although we are still able to show properties, if you would like to preview homes virtually, we facilitate them through multiple platforms to provide you with the opportunity to tour a home from where ever you wish. No travel required.
Virtual 3D Tours
Using the latest in technology, our team provides you with the opportunity to tour a home from anywhere in the world. You can experience another home, from the comfort of yours! It's like being there, without actually being there.
Wouldn't Be The First Time
Virtually helping clients buy and sell properties is nothing new to our team. We have sold listings and helped buyers find homes, completely virtual, many times in the past. Our two most recent Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront listings in February and March sold and Brie never even met the sellers in person, everything was virtual. From moving to signing documents, we have the tools and resources necessary to get this done with no-contact. We have assisted people far and wide in buying as well. Last year Brie assisted a client moving here from Hawaii! They never saw the home in person and never visited the area before until weeks after they purchased the property. We understand and know technology that is effective and resourceful for our clients. We are happy to help even if it means we may not meet in person, at least for now.
